Announcement: Manuscript Template Update Starting Vol. 17 No. 01 January 2026 (Single-Column Format)

In order to continuously improve publication quality, multi-device digital readability, and layout standardization aligned with national and international accreditation standards, the Editorial Board of Jurnal Ilmu Kebidanan dan Kesehatan hereby announces:

Manuscript Layout Format Update:

Starting from Volume 17 Number 01 (January 2026) onwards, the official manuscript publication format transitions from a 2-column format to a Single-Column Layout.

Benefits of the New Single-Column Format:

1. Enhanced Digital Readability: Optimized for screen reading across smartphones, tablets, and e-readers.
2. Seamless Table & Figure Display: Allows wide statistical health tables, research flowcharts, and clinical high-resolution figures to be presented clearly without narrow column constraints.
3. Global Publishing Alignment: Conforms to modern international publishing workflows and indexing standards.

Guidelines for Authors:

All authors preparing manuscripts for upcoming issues are required to write and format their submissions using the new official Single-Column Template available below:
